In our industry innovation is usually left up to the manufacturers in terms of design / cost and quality while the suppliers in the UAE usually have a bottom line view.
The Total Office through out the years have always put an emphasis on service and will continue to do so. However in the months and years moving forward, innovation of service and response to market trend are absolutes in our industry. We are also focusing as an organization to reduce our carbon footprint on the world by implementing recycling plans and waste reduction policies within the organization itself.
We plan on perfecting this in Dubai and then repeating the model across the UAE.
Vision:
Our role in the industry has to be perceived as an integrator. Whether we sell desking systems, flooring or pencils, we are accountable for the end result. No one company can do it all nor is it a feasible idea to do it all.
The Total Office is intent on partnering with local and international manufacturers to provide an 'end to end' solution for our clients, this helps core competencies remain with the right organizations. An Integrated solution is the future and we are determined on achieving it.
